Artist Fellowship Program The Artist Fellowship Program offers grants to individuals in a broad range of artistic endeavors. Individual Fellowships support individual artists who make significant contributions to the arts and who promote the arts in the District of Columbia through artistic excellence. Fellowship artistic disciplines rotate on a biannual basis.
