What is the nearest metro station to your office?
The Commission is located at 410 Eighth Street, NW, Fifth Floor, Washington, and DC. The nearest metro stations are the Gallery Place (Red Line) and the Navy/Archives (Green/Yellow Line).
 

Who may apply for Commission grants?

Only individuals who reside in the District of Columbia and organizations with their principal place of business in Washington, DC are eligible for DC Arts Commission funding.

 

Do you have a listing of cultural events in Washington, DC?

The DC Arts Commission does not maintain a list of cultural events in the District of Columbia, but we encourage you to visit DC's Citywide Calendar of Events.

 

Do you offer arts classes?

The DC Arts Commission does not offer arts classes directly, but would be happy to provide assistance in identifying available Commission-funded programs.
